Q: Are there package rates or bulk sales discounts?
A: No, the hotel rooms and party tickets are sold separately. There are no discounts for large groups.
Q: Can I walk up and purchase my tickets?
A: Yes, Tickets for the party will be available at D&K Clothing locations until the day of the event.
Q: Will I be allowed to bring my own Champagne for my table.
A: No, Unfortunately, no outside alcohol may be brought into the ballroom for the party.
Q: If I buy the General Admission ticket, will I be guaranteed a seat.
A: We plan to have several chairs available but there are no guarantees with the General Admission ticket. We will have a limited number of VIP tickets available that will guarantee a seat at a table.
Q: Will there be beverages and food?
A: There will be a cash bar and food will be available for sale from the hotel restaurant.
Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
A: Yes there is parking available in the Holiday Inn parking lot and additional parking is available across the street. (This is Downtown Atlanta, so depending on where you park the parking rate will vary)
Q: Will the event have security?
A: Yes, our audience tends to be mature and well behaved but we will have security on hand.
Q: What kind of music will be played?
A: Mostly Old School R & B, some Old School Rap and some line dances. WE WILL NOT BE PLAYING NEW RAP SONGS.
Q: Will tickets be available at the door?
A: Yes if we have not sold out in advance, tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets will be higher on the day of the event.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: The dress code is semi-formal.
Q: How much are the tickets?
A: Advance General Admission Tickets are 30 dollars and VIP tickets are 45 dollars. Ticket prices are the same online as they are for direct sales at D&K. On the day of the event, General Admission tickets will be 40 dollars and the remaining VIP tickets will be 60 dollars each.
